Designed for high-hydration dough The system can handle dough with hydration levels up to 60%, maintaining stability during processing of soft and delicate dough.

Low-stress forming A low-stress forming system with multi-roller coordination gently shapes the dough, preserving gluten structure and helping produce doughnuts with a full and uniform shape. This helps prevent deformation or collapse during processing, ensuring consistent appearance.

High-precision synchronized cutting Tracking cutting technology keeps the cutter synchronized with the dough sheet, ensuring clean cuts and consistent size for each doughnut.

Accurate center removal A high-precision center removal system ensures consistent ring shape and improves product uniformity and yield.

Automated tray arrangement The bread line uses a traction and oscillating tray arrangement system to achieve even and orderly placement, reducing manual handling and improving overall efficiency.
